Since 2006, we had a vision and that is to be pro in swimwear manufacturing service. Through customers’ love, all staff’ efforts, and our partners’ support, we have achieved nearer and nearer this vision in every detailed aspect. From design, pattern paper, printing, inspection fabric, fabric cutting, sewing, and inspection, all aspects now can be called professional in this field. But we know, this road will never be the end because our love in this field is deeper and deeper, we will keep moving and creating.
Every roll of fabric in our company will be carefully examined before going into production. This is to avoid not good swimwear made out from the beginning. For each roll of fabric, we will have a detailed examination report, every single not-good point will be marked and cleared out.
EXAMPLES OF PROBLEMS WHICH CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED
There are 2 auto cutting machines, 2 laser cutting machines, 2 knife cutting machines in our cutting workshop. In this workshop, there are 10 skillful workers to cut the fabric each day to satisfy customers’ needs. They are fast, accurate.
Their jobs include loose the fabric, flatten the fabric, cut the fabric into accurate pieces ready for samples or mass production.
Our company has been manufacturing swimwear since 2008. Many of our sewing workers have been working with us from the beginning. They have accumulated experiences for each kind of swimwear and reached a very high level of quality and efficiency.
Now there are more than 200 workers in our sewing workshop, we can ensure the schedule of high volume quantity orders, and at the same time, we have flexible lines to finish small quantity orders quickly.
We will inspect all the swimwear we made piece by piece, 100%. We will not allow one line is off, one thread is not trimmed. And we will not subcontract to other factories, 100% in house to make sure the quality is in our control.
We will also check every piece through the needle inspection machine to make sure all the swimwear is shipped without any needles left to make sure safety for consumers.
